Wondering how dry ice cleaning works? The technology is based on a fascinating principle that we at Dry Ice Energy will gladly demonstrate to you at EXPOLIFE 2025.

Our high-quality units use innovative dry ice pellets that are accelerated to supersonic speed by compressed air and hit the surface to be cleaned. On impact, the dry ice instantly cools the dirt, making it brittle and causing it to detach. In the process, the dry ice passes directly from a solid to a gaseous state — a process known as sublimation — and expands in fractions of a second to 700 times its volume. This expansion literally “blasts” the dirt off the surface. The result: an absolutely dry, material-friendly and highly effective cleaning method that removes even the finest contamination.
