Dry Ice Blasters

Four compact dry ice blasters made in Germany — from backpack model to industrial heavyweight. Find the right machine for your application.

Advantages

Clean without water, chemicals or residue.

Dry ice blasting removes dirt purely physically: pellets hit the surface, sublimate instantly and lift contamination away — with no blasting-media residue and no wastewater.

  • Gentle on sensitive parts — electronics, displays, ventilation and seals stay undamaged
  • Compressed air is all you need — no power supply, ready to go in seconds
  • Low-maintenance and durable — quality Made in Germany
  • Optional abrasive blasting — add glass beads or walnut shells to de-rust and strip paint, still surface-friendly
  • Universally usable — detailing, workshop, maintenance, mould and control-cabinet cleaning

Buyer's guide

Which dry ice blaster is right for you?

Every Champ model cleans on the same principle — they differ in size, air demand and cleaning performance. Three questions are enough to find the right machine.

Choose by application

For mobile jobs and tight interiors — vehicles, rehab and medical equipment, on-site service — the ultra-portable Champ Neo was built. The Champ is our bestseller for workshops and vehicle detailing. The Champ Vario adds optional abrasive blasting, i.e. de-rusting and paint stripping with the same machine. For industry, large surfaces and continuous operation, the Champ Turbo Pro is the right choice.

Buy, rent or lease

You buy directly from the manufacturer — no middlemen, with consultation, training and service from Germany. If you prefer to spread the investment, every model is available through leasing; rental is possible for projects or trials. On request the quote includes the matching compressor and dry ice supply so you can start working on day one.

For business — and for private use

A dry ice blaster for private use? Yes: Champ Neo and Champ are compact enough for a garage or hobby workshop. All you need is a compressor with sufficient air output — we will tell you which one fits — and dry ice pellets, which we deliver. Whether buying pays off or renting makes more sense, we will tell you honestly.

Dry ice pellets

All machines accept 1.5 mm and 3 mm pellets from our own production. Premium quality, high density, longer cleaning performance.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I buy a dry ice blaster?

Directly from the manufacturer: order any Champ model through our online shop or configure it with personal consultation — including a matching compressor, accessories, and dry ice supply. The machines are also available through leasing and rental.

Is an ice blaster the same as a dry ice blaster?

Yes. "Ice blaster" is simply a common short form for "dry ice blaster" — it always refers to the same machine: it propels dry ice pellets (frozen CO₂) onto the surface with compressed air, not water ice. Every Champ model is exactly this kind of machine.

Is a dry ice cleaner or dry ice cleaning machine the same as a dry ice blaster?

Yes. "Dry ice cleaner", "dry ice cleaning machine" and "dry ice machine" are common names people search for the same equipment — it always means a dry ice blaster: it propels dry ice pellets (frozen CO₂) onto the surface with compressed air, not water ice, and cleans without water, chemicals or abrasive residue. Every Champ model is exactly this kind of machine.

How much does a dry ice blaster cost?

The from-prices (net) are shown directly on the model cards at the top of this page. The total depends on compressor, nozzles and accessories — which is why we prepare a quote for your specific application, optionally as a leasing or rental rate instead of a purchase price.

Buy, rent or lease a dry ice blaster — what makes sense?

Regular use — several times a week — favours buying or leasing: leasing preserves liquidity and is tax-deductible as an operating expense. For individual projects, seasonal work or a trial, rental is the right choice. We recommend honestly what fits your utilisation.

Is there a dry ice blaster for private use?

Yes. Champ Neo and Champ are compact enough for a garage or hobby workshop — for vehicle detailing, engine-bay cleaning or classic-car care, for instance. You need a compressor with sufficient air output and dry ice pellets, which we deliver. We also sell to private customers and advise whether buying or renting makes more sense.
